Before initiating a return or exchange, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. At Raabta by Rahul, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. This process ensures uniqueness in each design — therefore, slight variations in stones, colors, or patterns are natural and are not considered defects. All our products undergo a strict quality check before dispatch.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- If the product was damaged during transit.
- If you received the incorrect product.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition.
- Packed in its original packaging, with the barcode tag intact and untampered.

Products purchased during our Summer Sale or any other promotional sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. Since these items are offered at special prices, we kindly request customers to review all details carefully before purchasing.

5 Simple Steps to Initiate a Return (For Eligible Cases Only)
- Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product by emailing [email protected] with your order details.
- Share photographs & Parcel opening videos (Mandatory) showing the damage or incorrect item.
- Our Quality Control (QC) team will evaluate and approve the return request if applicable
- Upon approval, we will schedule a reverse pickup for the product within India or you will have to ship if overseas to a designated address.
- After receiving the item in the required condition, we will ship out the correct replacement.
- If the package is lost in transit before reaching you.
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- PO Box or incomplete address formats.
- Failure to accept the package after 3 delivery attempts.
- Refusal of delivery by the recipient.
- Sizing issues or preferences — please refer to our size guides.
- Products returned in a used, tampered, or damaged condition.
- Minor variations in color, design, or texture due to natural materials and handcrafted techniques.
- If the product is not found to be faulty or damaged after QC evaluation.
- Products purchased during promotional or seasonal sales.
